Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor for a Renewable Energy Project

We are representing a well-established and reputable civil engineering contractor with an excellent track record of delivering complex projects across various sectors, including water, marine, land remediation, and energy. Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team for an exciting renewable energy project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects from tender through to final account.
• Produce accurate forecasts of project costs.
• Prepare and submit commercial reports.
• Provide commercial assistance to operational teams and others when required.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the Civil Engineering sector.
• Strong organisational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
