Job Purpose

Cadent is seeking a skilled and experienced Emergency Lead Gas Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Emergency Response Team, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations at customers' homes, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your expertise and professionalism will be the face of our brand, and you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency situations at customers' homes, including gas escapes and carbon monoxide activated alarms.
  • Conduct high-rise and gas safety regulation surveys.
  • Install, replace, and maintain gas meters for home and business customers.
  • Fitting cooker safety valves.
  • Ensure compliance with Standards, Legislation, Codes of Practice, and Health and Safety regulations.
