Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit top talent in quantitative research and trading
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience in technology and quantitative research
  • Strong delivery skillset
  • BD experience is not required but is preferred

What We Offer

  • Average fees of £120,000 and fees upwards of £300,000+
  • Commissions at 40%
  • Salary from £28,000-£70,000
  • Hybrid working
