We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Blackburn.

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless interactions between customers and our workshop.

You will be based front-of-house in the showroom, where your primary focus will be on helping customers achieve their goals and exceeding their expectations.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Your first couple of weeks will include our Marshall Customer Journey induction programme, shadowing opportunities, and a buddy system, designed to help you settle into your new role.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Previous Service Advisor experience is essential, and a current Service Advisor looking to take the next step in their career will be considered.

The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
