Salary

An estimated salary of £40,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on realistic OTE (On Target Earnings) and uncapped commission opportunities.

Job Description

As a Field Based Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for recovering monies on behalf of our clients, working in the field to enforce court orders and ensure compliance. You will need to possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to manage vulnerable and challenging situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Previous experience in a self-employed role or similar enforcement position
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to manage vulnerable and challenging situations
