Outcomes Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative person to join our team as an Outcomes Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the collection, organisation and analysis of data from various sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the operationalisation and delivery of effective outcome-focused child and family plans
- Work alongside teams to ensure good quality customer care standards are provided
- Arrange, coordinate and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, agenda planning and preparation
- Help promote and embed a culture of performance management, quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Assist with the capture, recording, classification, monitoring and reporting of outcome data
Requirements:
- Experience of using a range of IT software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and statistical/data analysis software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively on own initiative and with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of Safeguarding & Child Protection policy and procedure
