Job Title: High Yield Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global High Yield Investments Group in London. As a High Yield Associate Director, you will be responsible for analysing and evaluating investment opportunities within the high yield and leveraged finance space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and evaluate new investment ideas, conducting thorough analysis and due diligence
  • Conduct fundamental credit analysis of global corporate credit, with a focus on identifying opportunities and mitigating risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with management teams, industry contacts, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights
  • Produce high-quality research and analysis to support investment decisions, presenting findings to the Investment Committee
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, as required
Requirements:
  • 6-9 years of experience in high yield or leveraged finance, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg, with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
  • Travel may be required, with occasional overnight stays
