We are recruiting for an experienced HR professional on behalf of our client, a well-established company within the manufacturing sector with multiple sites across various locations. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual who can contribute to the strategic development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- To develop and implement effective HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational success.
- To provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
About Us:
Our client is a leading manufacturer with a strong presence in the Newtown, Powys area. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance and pension scheme.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
