## Job Title: Senior Air Conditioning Engineer

## Company Overview

RGB Network is a leading HVAC engineering company with a strong presence in the UK. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team.

## Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned air conditioning engineer to work on a variety of projects, including commercial buildings, retail spaces, and high-end residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience with VRV/VRF systems, AHU/FCU/downflow units, splits, and multi-splits. The role will involve working on-site at our Didcot, Oxfordshire location for 3 days a week and then being mobile in the field for 2 days a week.

## Key Responsibilities

* Carry out service work on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
* Work on-site at our Didcot location for 3 days a week
* Be mobile in the field for 2 days a week, visiting various client sites
* Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service

## Benefits

* Competitive salary of £40-45k, depending on experience
* Door-to-door travel at time and a half when 9 hours are completed
* 40-hour workweek
* Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate on Monday to Saturday and 2x hourly rate on Sunday
* 20 days paid holiday
* Company van and trade tools provided
* iPad and mobile phone for work purposes
* Call-out rota 1 in 6, with a £90 standby payment

## Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration engineering
* Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, AHU/FCU/downflow units, splits, and multi-splits
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
