About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Applewood, a residential home for adults with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and visual impairments.
  • To work closely with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive environment.
  • To promote independence, encourage personal growth, and support individuals in achieving their goals.
Requirements
  • A UK driving licence and willingness to use the company vehicle.
  • Demonstrable experience or knowledge supporting individuals with autism.
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of positive behaviour support and behaviours that can challenge.
  • The right to work in the UK.
