- Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Proactively contact customers to identify and discuss their needs, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
- Educate customers on our range of products and services, as well as the different communication channels available to engage with us.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, identifying and supporting vulnerable customers as needed.
- A competitive salary and annual discretionary bonus scheme.
- 25 days standard annual leave, plus bank holidays and rising 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 30 days after 5 years.
