Resourcing Group is seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to manage maintenance contracts across Exeter. As a permanent member of staff, you will be responsible for carrying out general plumbing works, including repairs and installations, as well as servicing gas appliances.

  • Carry out general plumbing works, including repairs and installations as required.
  • Service gas appliances, such as fires and cookers.
  • Implement the company's health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Complete jobs according to instructions, minimizing materials usage while maintaining quality standards.
  • Order materials from suppliers for follow-up visits when van stock is not available.
  • Manage and maintain van stock, ensuring electronic purchase orders and timesheets are updated after each job.
  • Maintain loose tools and equipment in good working order, servicing them regularly as needed.
  • Manage workload, including reactive maintenance, and report performance issues to your supervisor or manager.

This is a permanent and secure role, available for the right person. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a reputable company and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
