Nurse Leader

Meallmore Care Home in Crimond, North East Scotland, is a purpose-built nursing home providing high-quality care to elderly clients, including those with dementia.

We offer a competitive salary of £20.51 - £21.79 per hour, plus overtime rates and benefits such as subsidised meals, generous annual leave entitlement, and free uniform.

As a Nurse Leader at Meallmore, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and clinical practice, overseeing all aspects of the shift, and mentoring your team members.

The ideal candidate will have current registration with the NMC (RGN/RMN), excellent communication and report writing skills, and previous experience of leading a team.
