Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our busy department at G2 Legal Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion, dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages, and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of files with minimum supervision
  • Deal with sales, purchase, re-mortgages, and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our department

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in Residential Conveyancing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
