HGV Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team at C.E.M Day Ltd. As a key member of our vehicle maintenance team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of heavy goods vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with heavy goods vehicles.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of productivity.
• Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure seamless workflow and excellent customer service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ (or equivalent qualification).
• Excellent technical skills and knowledge of heavy goods vehicles.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
