Interim Head of Commercial Finance EMEA

Mapped Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading FMCG brand to find an experienced Interim Head of Commercial Finance to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial finance function, supervising analysts and demand planning, and reporting to the Managing Director.
  • Develop financial models and tools for stakeholders, including pricing, investment effectiveness, and new product development.
  • Investigate marginality across the supply chain and develop pricing analysis across the portfolio and markets.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Director to identify and value growth opportunities within RTM, Product Innovation, and Business Model.
  • Support the Managing Director in evaluating business risks and opportunities across different markets.
  • Liaise with Central Finance functions and support Revenue Growth Analyst in ensuring proper investment recognition and compliance with IFRS 15.
  • Act as a key business partner across functions and geographies, including Commercial and Marketing regional teams and Central Finance functions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an FMCG business and/or drinks/spirits industry, preferably focused on International Markets.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, able to analyze larger datasets and develop financial reports providing insights.
  • Experience in BI tools (Power BI, Anaplan) and modeling is preferred.
  • Leadership experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in a non-English European language (German, Spanish, French, Italian) is desirable but not essential.

  • Job Type: Fixed-term contract
  • Contract length: 12 months
  • Salary: £70,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
