Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Netbox Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects worth up to £2 million, working with projects based at Gatwick and large London Train stations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Lead and manage teams and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a commercial project manager.
  • Mechanical construction experience and knowledge.
  • Experience working with NEC or JCT contracts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong experience using Excel and other project management tools.
