Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Administrator to join our team at Jobwise Ltd.


The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, including logging defects with suppliers, uploading repair details, and chasing suppliers for job updates.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Logging defects with suppliers
  • Uploading repair details and closing down jobs on our in-house system
  • Chasing suppliers for job updates
  • Compliance - Service & LOLER booking/monitoring
  • MHE hire - monitoring/amending in-house system and MHE register as necessary
  • Ordering parts
  • Help to manage mailbox
  • Working with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information
  • Guaranteeing everything is maintained to a satisfactory standard required to support the smooth operation of our business
  • Assist in any projects as directed by the Fleet management team
  • Any other admin duties, in line with the pay grade.


Requirements for the role include:

  • Administration related experience in a similar environment
  • Strong IT skills - good basic understanding of MS Excel
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail
  • Commitment and motivated, with sound problem-solving skills to drive improvement in performance
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Good interpersonal skills and capable of operating as part of a team
  • Ability to work with limited supervision within fixed guidelines
  • Confident in dealing with people at all levels
  • Logistics experience
  • Experience in a similar logistic compliance role is desirable but not essential
  • Your own transport is essential due to the location.


We offer a competitive salary of GBP25,000 per annum, a temp to permanent contract, and a fantastic team to work in. You will also have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills, with 28 holidays excluding bank holidays, and free car parking and food and drinks from the onsite restaurant.
