Head of SEO Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of SEO to join our team at Liberty Recruitment Group. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our SEO strategy to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings
  • Manage, train, and grow a team of SEO professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Analyze and report on industry benchmarks to inform SEO strategy and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO strategies and optimize content for search engines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our SEO strategy remains effective

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a team and developing and implementing SEO strategies
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
