We're seeking an exceptional Sales Advisor to join our team at the stunning Maidstone Frasers showroom. This role encompasses various contracts requiring weekend availability. As our customer-facing ambassador, you'll inspire and advise clients, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions within our extensive range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome every client with warmth and enthusiasm, encouraging them to explore our store and product offerings.
  • Showroom Excellence: Maintain impeccable showroom standards and visual merchandising, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Sales Support: Provide expert advice and guidance, working closely with customers to identify solutions that meet their needs.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process sales quotations and orders efficiently, while keeping accurate records of customer information.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the sofa.com spirit, exemplifying our values and culture in every interaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of interior trends and product updates, applying this knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
  • Talent Requirements: Leverage retail expertise and passion for interiors/furniture to deliver exceptional results.
  • Leadership Qualities: Demonstrate confidence, ambition, and a strong 'can-do' attitude, inspiring others to achieve excellence.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to generate innovative ideas and drive business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and general IT applications.

Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
