  • Provide specialist training and coaching to staff, enhancing their ability to communicate effectively with students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, informing future planning and decision-making.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, with a passion for helping others achieve their full potential. A salary of approximately £38,000 per annum, based on experience, is offered, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth.
