Job Title: Enterprise Manager - Fleet and Retail
Location: Coventry
Hours: 37.5 hours per week with a mixed of shifts with weekend working on a rota
Salary: £32,000 - This is a temp-to-perm contract. Your first 12 weeks will be paid at £16.41
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Manager to oversee the retail and fleet operations of our charitable organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our retail and fleet departments, ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the retail and fleet departments, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with our organisational policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of our retail and fleet operations
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve our organisational goals
- Monitor and control budgets, ensuring that our financial resources are used effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our organisational objectives are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
