About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of invoices, and leading a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the accounts payable team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  2. Oversee the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  4. Implement and monitor accounts payable processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  5. Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
  6. Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in an accounts payable role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
  2. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
