About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced informaticist to join our Informatics team at MEDPACE. The successful candidate will lead advanced analyses of methodological data and inform study design decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of predictive algorithms using advanced statistical methods;
- Translate research findings into compelling visualizations to illustrate feasibility strategies;
- Deliver high-quality informatics data and analysis to teams through comprehensive review of data sources;
- Design and implement database architecture for methodological and clinical data systems;
- Collaborate with global feasibility leads to develop proposal strategies for site and country selection based on available data;
- Support project teams in preparing for bid defense meetings;
- Contribute to departmental process improvement initiatives.
- Master's degree in informatics, computer science/engineering, health information, statistics, or related field required; PhD preferred;
- Advanced programming skills in R or similar languages;
- Analytical thinker with great attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks within tight timelines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in training and developing junior team members.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
