Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Sparsholt College Group. As an HR Advisor, you will provide a quality customer-focused full advisory HR service to staff and managers in designated areas of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support to managers in all aspects of managing staff performance
  • Participate in a range of projects and developments as agreed with the Director of HR
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and external suppliers at all levels
  • Support the development of staff through training and development initiatives
Requirements
  • First degree or equivalent vocational/professional qualification
  • Member of CIPD or equivalent, or willingness to attain
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent
  • Self-motivated, positive thinking with a “can-do” attitude
