Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality educational programs to diverse groups of offenders at all levels.
  • Promote enthusiasm for learning and for subjects, maintaining engagement and adhering to curriculum standards.
  • Provide a positive educational enhancement to offenders, utilizing Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality to extensively impact learning capabilities.
  • Manage the diverse ability levels of offenders, adapting curriculum to fit their needs while maintaining overall class progress.
  • Communicate effectively with all other staff members who engage with offenders within the classroom.
  • Assess and record offenders' development, identifying problem areas and areas that need attention and improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback to offenders and attend meetings on curriculum, organization, and guidelines.
  • Communicate with the education department, presenting offenders' progress reports while adhering to relevant guidelines.

Job Type: Fixed-term contract
