About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team as a Residential and Commercial Refit Leader. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the successful execution of residential and commercial refit and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to execution and handover.
  • Maintain positive client relationships, understand their project requirements, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving strategies.
