FM Contract Coordinator

BJF Group is a rapidly expanding organization providing opportunities for growth and development. As a Facilities Management Contract Coordinator, you will play a key part in driving our business forward.
We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager or Senior Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in recruitment and line management/supervisory roles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day contractual and operational delivery, ensuring contractual compliance and meeting financial and operational commitments. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Health and Safety
- Operational Delivery of Contract to conclude reactive and small works
- Financial Delivery of the Contract in line with the P&L
- Employee Management & Leadership
- Stakeholder Management
Requirements:
- Managerial experience at Contract Manager or Senior Supervisor level within technical and or hard services is essential.
- To have a 'can do' service-focused attitude, flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements.
