About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team in Children's Theatres at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care in paediatric anaesthesia.

About the Job: As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for preparing patients for surgery, maintaining a safe operating environment, and ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available. You will also be involved in the management of anaesthetic gases, monitoring equipment, and surgical instruments. In addition, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration as a Registered Staff Nurse or equivalent, with a broad knowledge and experience of clinical nursing practice within a hospital environment. You should also have an interest in paediatric anaesthesia and be able to demonstrate competence in clinical skills relevant to the clinical area. Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to take the lead, and act in a professional manner are essential. Fluency in English is required.
