Job Description

The Data Protection Solicitor will play a critical role in advising on data protection matters across various business contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This includes collaborating with senior leadership to provide timely and relevant legal counsel on data protection, contract negotiations, and strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will have experience in data protection law, with a strong background in contract negotiations and data protection. They will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance on data-intensive business projects, including drafting and reviewing data processing agreements, privacy policies, and data protection impact assessments.
  • Promoting data protection awareness and compliance within the organization.

The Data Protection Solicitor will receive a competitive salary, ranging from £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus bonus up to 15% of salary, 11% Pension, 25 days holidays, plus bank holidays, and private healthcare.
