Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Host to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Host, you will provide exceptional customer service, working in our bar, restaurant, and waiting areas. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring our customers have a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and manage cash and card transactions
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer

  • Part-time role (16-20 hours) with a permanent contract

Requirements

  • No experience required, as full training will be given
