Job Title: Lecturer of Law

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lecturer of Law to join our team at The University of Law. As a Lecturer of Law, you will be responsible for teaching and assessing students across a range of subjects, including employment law, commercial law, and corporate law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach and assess students across the University of Law course portfolio in subjects assigned to you.
  • Assist in the preparation of assignments and assessments.
  • Participate in course design and review.
  • Act as an academic coach to students, providing individual feedback and support.
  • Assist in marketing, widening participation, and extra-curricular events.
  • Supervise student dissertations and research projects.
Requirements:
  • Degree (any subject) or equivalent.
  • Qualified solicitor or qualified barrister, or relevant academic/pedagogical/A Level teaching background.
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PgCHE).
  • Flexibility to teach across a range of different subjects.
  • Excellent oral clarity, excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Punctual, professional, and committed to teaching.
