Your key responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging sessions, monitoring progress, and providing a safe and secure learning environment.
We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of Social, Emotional and Mental health needs of young people, as well as experience of supporting young people in education, care or other settings.

**Key Requirements:**
* An understanding of Social, Emotional and Mental health needs of young people
* Experience of supporting young people in education, care or other settings
* Ambition to work with and support young people to progress and achieve
* Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
* Maths and English (GCSE C or above or equivalent)
