Play Therapy Lead

We are seeking a skilled Play Therapy Lead to join our team at Elenor, leading the development and delivery of our play therapy services.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will oversee the planning and facilitation of GEMS days, a bereavement support group for children, and work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive care. Your work will include developing and implementing therapeutic strategies, and providing training and support to other team members.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families, and be committed to delivering high-quality therapeutic support. If you have the skills and experience to thrive in this role, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of play therapy services
- Oversee the planning and facilitation of GEMS days, a bereavement support group for children
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Qualification as a Play Therapist or related field
- Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
