Employee Benefits Administrator

Eaton Syalon is recruiting an Employee Benefits Administrator to support Account Managers and Consultants with administrative tasks in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team, providing tailored employee benefits solutions, pensions, and group risk services to SMEs and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Account Managers and Consultants across a portfolio of employee benefits schemes.
  • Assist in preparing and managing client documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Liaise with pension providers, insurers, and other third parties to ensure smooth administration.
  • Handle client queries and requests professionally, responding to phone calls, emails, and written communications.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Employee Benefits/Pensions/Risk Administration in the United Kingdom is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Salary: £27-35k + Benefits
