Careland Healthcare Services Ltd: Registered General Nurse Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at Careland Healthcare Services Ltd in Didsbury, Manchester. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents with organic and functional Mental Health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Medication administration, including controlled drugs, to ensure the safe and effective management of patient care.
  • Emergency response, including Code Red/Code Blue, A-E assessment, and NEWS, to provide timely and appropriate care in critical situations.
  • Basic wound dressing, including wound closure, to promote healing and prevent infection.
  • Nurse-led clinics to provide focused care and support to patients.
  • Blood clinics to ensure accurate and timely blood testing.
  • NHS Health checks to promote healthy living and prevent disease.
  • Administration of immunisations and vaccinations to protect patients from infectious diseases.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • Current and up to date registration with the NMC.
  • Enhanced DBS, dated within the last 12 months.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
Shift Patterns:
  • 12 hour shifts, both day and night shifts available, to accommodate your lifestyle and work preferences.
