Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead our facilities team and provide strategic and operational leadership for all facilities operations at our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the facilities team and support partners to ensure effective operations in line with our strategic plan, annual budgets, and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the facilities team and support partners to deliver efficient operations.
  • Align facilities operations with our strategic plan, budgets, and service level agreements.
  • Drive and commit to delivering excellent, customer-focused facilities services.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage campus facilities development in line with organisational objectives and our strategic plan.

Senior Leadership Team Involvement:

  • Actively participate as a member of the senior leadership team.
  • Collaborate with faculties and departments, offering best advice and guidance.
  • Ensure all facilities activities comply with statutory obligations.
  • Balance best value and practice while supporting the future development of our estates.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously assess working and business practices using qualitative and quantitative data to drive continual improvement for our campuses.

Team Development:

  • Lead the development of the facilities team and service partners.
  • Ensure the team possesses the knowledge, understanding, ability, and desire to consistently meet facilities objectives and adapt to the changing needs of the campus.
