Construction Project Manager

At PSR Solutions, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Site Manager to join our project team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a main contractor who has been successfully operating for many years.
The role will involve reporting to contracts managers, overseeing day-to-day operations of a project, and overcoming any issues that may arise. Time management and leadership skills are essential to ensure a project's life cycle is completed efficiently and to the best possible standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and planning.
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.
- Resolve problems when they arise.
- Report on progress to more senior members.
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- 1st Aid
- Excellent people skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working for a main contractor on multi-million-pound schemes.
