Position: Senior Clinical Practitioner

Compensation: Band 7

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, up to 37 hours per week

Reporting Structure: Operationally accountable to Advanced Clinical Practitioners and General Practitioners within the Maple View Medical Practice Frailty Team

Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage in comprehensive clinical evaluations of patients with intricate health requirements.

  • Maintain precise documentation and data entry.
