We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Tutor to join our team at LTF Recruitment. As an Academic Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students in KS3 and KS4, helping them to achieve academic success and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality tutoring services to students on a 1:1 basis, focusing on subjects such as English, mathematics, and science.
- Work closely with subject teachers to develop effective improvement strategies and monitor student progress.
- Provide guidance and support to students in preparation for examinations and assessments.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Minimum one year's experience as a tutor or educator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and teachers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to student success.
- Reliable and consistent, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- A competitive hourly rate of £20.
