This role is working for a global leader in the renewable energy market. You will be working on some amazing energy projects incorporating over 30 different renewable energy technologies. If you are an Electrical Design Engineer or Manager with a strong HV background, please reach out.
This company is one of the leading renewable energy and energy efficiency companies with over 70 offices worldwide and continuing their expansion into mainland Europe. They are emerging as one of the fastest growing sustainability companies in this sector, whilst maintaining an impressively low staff turnover of an extremely high skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading design capability for HV and ICP projects, including equipment sizing, layout, FEED, programme management etc.
- Managing a highly skilled team of Electrical and Controls design engineers working on renewable energy projects including utility scale Solar and energy storage.
- Conducting feasibility studies, technical and financial analysis and energy modelling (EPC, PPA, Eaas etc).
- Flexible working model - Site visits required.
- Experienced as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer or Design Manager.
- Worked with High Voltage, Power Systems, energy storage, Solar, ICP projects etc.
- Experience working for DNO/DSO or design consultancy would be beneficial.
- Relevant Engineering Degree.
