About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague in our Thornton Marsh Express store. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
