About the Role

The Night Cook/Baker will contribute to a quality catering service while adhering to health and safety guidelines. This skilled position entails daily food preparation and cooking activities to deliver a high-quality meal service. Applicants must have the ability to prepare short-order breakfast and grill items.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Catering Qualification and/or Time Served Experience. Food Hygiene certification is preferred but not essential. STCW certification is also required. Details of relevant certification must be included with the application.

Essential Skills and Attitudes

Applicants should demonstrate positive attitudes, behave professionally, and display an approachable, friendly, and helpful manner at all times. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in catering/hospitality.
