As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships. You'll learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and maintain current relationships
  • Understand cost control, read your branch's P&L statement, and understand what it takes to run a profitable business
  • Learn how to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop skills in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable
  • You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to a disability
  • No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted
