About the Role

As a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician with ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks.
  2. Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
  3. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements to systems and standardize processes across the EU network.
A Day in the Life

In this role, you will lead a team to ensure everyone has the equipment they need and that it's running properly. This involves monitoring processes to ensure regulations and policies are followed and ensuring that preventative maintenance is carried out to increase equipment uptime. You will also suggest improvements to make our systems more efficient and productive, implementing those improvements across an EU-wide function.

About the Team

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers. We work together to ensure that our equipment is performing at its best, and we are committed to providing excellent service to our customers.

Requirements
  1. Apprentice trained with HNC, HND, NVQ level 3.
  2. Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  3. Advanced proficiency in verbal and written local language and basic proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience working in a multi-contractor and multi-site working environment.
  2. Understanding of PLC-based control systems and statutory compliance requirements.
  3. Experience using computerized maintenance management systems to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
