Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting processes, taking a leading role in preparing and consolidating annual budgets.
  • Analyse budget submissions from entities against current financial performance, forecast outturn, and strategic goals/targets, identifying key drivers of variance and providing actionable insights to the organisation.
  • Support in the preparation of financial budget reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

Additionally, assist with the month-end reporting process and develop local entity reporting from group data submissions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH.
  • VBA skills are desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
