Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Health Research Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of research studies across our health system.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team to drive forward innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes and experiences. As a key member of our research development team, you will play a vital role in identifying opportunities for research, developing project plans, and coordinating research activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development of research proposals, protocols, and study plans;
- Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to identify research priorities and develop research projects;
- Coordinate the logistics of research studies, including participant recruitment, data collection, and management;
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to research activities;
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience working in a healthcare or research setting, with a strong understanding of research principles and methodologies. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave. This is a full-time position based at our Exeter site, with flexible working arrangements available.
