As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher in the delivery of educational programs to students. Your responsibilities will include contributing to lesson planning and preparation of teaching resources, delivering lessons to students, promoting inclusivity and supporting the inclusion of all students in the learning process, and assessing and recording the development, progress, and attainment of students. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members, and the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to support student learning. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £31,000-£32,500 per annum, depending on experience.
