**Job Title:** Senior Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Rikama Education. As a key member of the support staff, you will work closely with students who have complex needs, providing individualized support and promoting their academic and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will have a background in special educational needs (SEN) and experience working with students who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD), challenging behavior, or mental health conditions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support students' emotional and behavioral well-being, as well as providing guidance and advice to teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality support to students with complex needs, including those with ASD, challenging behavior, or mental health conditions

  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Special Educational Needs or related field
  • Experience working with students with complex needs, including those with ASD, challenging behavior, or mental health conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
