Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Saturday Lettings Assistant to join our busy lettings team in our Marlow office. This is a newly created opportunity with flexibility on hours of work and potential for career progression.
As a Lettings Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the team with viewings, applicant management, and day-to-day office operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizing and conducting viewings, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records
- Managing applicants, including registration, qualification, and matching to available properties
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, research, and local conditions, sharing knowledge with clients and tenants
- Identifying business opportunities to increase income, expand market share, and cross-sell with other departments
- Complying with industry regulations, codes of practice, and legislation
- Efficiently handling landlord and tenant inquiries, and assisting with property matches and applicant call-outs
- Progressing deals through our systems, Reapit and Radar
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication
- Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Initiative and ability to work under pressure, with a team-oriented approach
- Professional manner at all times, with self-motivation and excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, with an interest in property and knowledge of the local area
- Clean UK driving license and own car
